Strawberries are very refreshing. Their high amount of antioxidant protects the heart form strokes. They also prevent cancer and reduce blood pressure. Due to their high content of water and fiber, strawberries reduce constimpation. Because they have a low glycemic index, they are ideal for diabetic peaople.
I store my strawberries in the fridge so they can last longer.
This Strawberry Ice Cream has a beautiful color. I topped it with more strawberries, pistachios (which are my favorite nuts) and the almighty Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter form Peanut Butter and Co (https://ilovepeanutbutter.com/).
Ingredients: yield: 1 person
2 frozen chopped bananas (5-6oz) 100g chopped and forezn strawberries ginger zest to taste water and ice cubes for blending
Optional toppings: 1Tpistachios, strawberries, banana, 1T Dark Chocolate Dreams Peanut Butter (higly recommended), blueberries, coconut shredds or dark chocoalte
