Red Velvet Oatmeal

Ever thought of Red Velvet Oatmeal? Well, I created one! It is really nutritious because you eat beets without noticing. I also topped it with many ingredients such as banana, coconut shreds, blueberry chia jam and dark chocolate chips. I added vanilla and coconut essence which give a boost to the flavor, but don’t worry if you don’t have coconut essence; it will taste amazing with only vanilla. The color of the Red Velvet Oat is really bright, beautiful and calls the attention to anyone. You can choose your own topping, but I really suggest to include dark chocolate chips since chocolate is part of the origin of the red velvet flavor.

Toppings: 1 banana (2.5oz)       2tsp coconut shreds      1T dark chocolate chips      1T blueberry chia jam

Other toppings: berries, kiwis

Once it boils, lower the heat until done. Now, turn off the stove and transfer the Red Velvet Oatmeal into a deep dish. Finally, add the toppings.
