Raspberry and Blueberry Nice Cream

This has been the nice cream with the best texture that I had ever made until now. It is very fluffy and creamy. I combined a raspberry  nice cream and a blueberry nice cream. Both are a baby color; baby pink and lilac. The combination of raspberries and blueberries is so powerful because of the amount of antioxidants they contain. I topped the nice cream with macadamia flour and raw cacao nibs

Ingredients:

yield: 2 servings

For the Raspberry Nice Cream:

1.5 banana frozen and cut

1/2 cup frozen raspberries

For the Blueberry Nice Cream:

1/3 cup blueberries

1.5 frozen and cut banana

Optional:

1.5 T macadamia flour

1 T raw cacao nibs

Procedure:

For the Raspberry Nice Cream:

1- Add the raspberries and banana into the food processor and pulse until nice cream consistency. You may add water if necessary.

2- Transfer half of the nice cream into both serving dishes.

1- Add the blueberries and banana into the food processor and pulse until nice cream consistency. You may add water if necessary.

2- Transfer half of the nice cream into the serving dishes.
