Ingredients:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   yield: 1 person

1/3cup shredded beet          1/3cup chopped rasberries or strawberries         1tsp vanilla           1.5 frozen and chopped banana       water for blending

Procedure:                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     Add all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and add water until ice cream consistency. Transfer the ice cream to a jar or deep bowl and serve the toppings.
