As you’ll guess, Fall Season is for making everything pumpkin spice. Thanks to a friend and my inexplicable love for pumpkin spice, I made a batch of pumpkin spice mixthat I can use ANYTIME. I cooked this quinoa porridge for breakfast and added the Pumpkin Spice Batch and the result was a delicious, fun and nutritious, sweet dish, high in protein, high in fiber, minerals and vitamins. any people are skeptical towards the pumpkin spice flavor because they will think that it will taste like pumpkin. But the reality is that all the spices covers up the traditional pumpkin flavor and they make it ones of the WORLD’S seasonal flavor.
I like quick breakfasts because I usually wake up hungry due to my metabolism and because cooking Quinoa requires mostly 20-30 mins, it is not my usual breakfast. But when it comes to pumpkin spice, I can anxiously wait! While I left the Pumpkin Spice Quinoa Porridge cooking, I put my make up on and changed my clothes so that the only thing that was missing was breakfast and of of course COFFEE and finally, I was ready to go to the university.
I used kiwi, raspberries and Almond Spread to topped this amazing dish.
