Peanut and Chocolate Fudge Squares

Wow, I am so amazed about the many fun, simple, delicious and nutritious sweets that I can do with a vegan lifestyle. This dessert is an adaptation from Naturally Sassy’s Almond Butter Caramel Fudge. Since I did not have Almond Spread, I used Peanut Spread.

My sister and I had a lot f fun making these bombs with only FOUR ingredients:

Organic coconut oil

Organic Agave

Icadelicias Peanut Spread

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

To prepare these Nut Spread and Chocolate Squares you only need a square mold and a freezer.

Naturally Sassy’s recipe had chopped pecans on top but my sister and I decided to add cherries because they are our new obsession!

My sister helped me to make these Peanut Spread and Chocolate Fudge Squares. Since she is not so talented on the kitchen, you may see a little chocolate mess in the pictures. She is a painter and want to be an architect and engineer so when she was adding the chocolate fudge she kept playing with the spatula. I had to stop her and tell her that it was not a painting brush! Then, for the cherries… well the pictures say it all (joke), we tried to place them neatly and put a cherry in each square.
