Lets tell you the long story about this special dish. I have seen on Instagram how people use papayas, different types of melons and pineapples as a serving dish for fruits, vegetables, rice, nice-creams and oatmeals. Sometimes, creating a kind of this dish is like making a sculpture. because first, you have to visualize it. Second, you have to make the correct cuts and placements of the ingredients and third, you have to enjoy the process.
Every time I go to Costco (Yes, I admit it, I am a Costco Girl! Because I can find any fruit, vegetable and many other natural and organic product at an affordable price and quantity.) Continuing with the topic, Y buy my pineapple and leave it outside the pantry of the kitchen for it to mature. When the sweet pineapple aroma covers my kitchen. I know that the pineapple is ready to eat. I cut the pineapple with a pineapple cutter. It is easier, faster and you use the most of the pineapple. Of course, I do this with the help of my sister because two is better than one (;p hahahaha). After taking the juicy pineapple rings, I cut the pineapple in half and store it in the fridge.
For this dish, I cooked a Cinnamon Oatmeal but you may cook your oatmeal the way you love it. When your oatmeal is ready, serve it in a half of the pinepple and add the toppings. I topped mine with rasberries and Icadelicias Hazelnut Spread!

1/2 cup oatmeal
Icadelicias Hazelnut Spread
1- In a small casserole cook the oatmeal as your normally do with the cinnamon, oats and water.
2- When the oatmeal is cooked, serve it in a half of the pineapple.
3- Topped the oatmeal in the pineapple with rasberries and Icadelicias Hazelnut Spread.
