Mocha is the name for cocoa and coffee. I love making mochas in the mornings or in cold days. The flavor is intense and the synergy of coffee with cocoa makes you to be more happy, energized and alert.
Ingredients: yield: 1 person
1/2cup oats 1/2cup black coffee 1/2cup almond milk 1T cocoa powder 1tsp honey
Procedure: In a casserole on medium heat, add the liquid ingredients, add the cocoa, oats and the honey and stir.
Let it cook for 3mins until cream and cooked.
Tranfer it to a deep dish and add the toppings.
