My first time doing and eating kale chips. It was so easy to prepare them. I simply ripped off the kale leaves from the stem, seasoned them (I used paprika and garlic), and baked them for 12 mins at 350ºC.
The result was crispy and savory kale chips that you can enjoy as a snack, pick me up or a compliment for any dish (salads, bowls, as a side).
1- Pre heat the oven at 350ºC.
2- With your hands, remove the leaves from the stem and put them in the baking tray.
3- Add the seasoning and put them in the oven. Bamed them during 12mins.
4- After 12 mins, remove from the oven and let cook for about 10mins. You can enjoy inmediately or store them in the refrigerator.
