Ginger is a classic spice when cooking during Christmas. We all know the health benefits this amazing root has. Besides, combining ginger with molasses is a traditional costume and they compliment each other.
Ingredients: yield: 1 person
1.5 frozen and chopped banana (4-6oz) 1T molasses ginger to taste water for mixing
Optional toppings: nuts, butters, seeds, fruits, greek yogurt, coconut oil
Procedure: In a blender or food processor add all of the ingredients and add the water for making the ice cream. Stop processing until ice cream consistency. Pour the ice cream in the serving jar or deep dish.
Nutritonal facts may vary upon the wight of the bananas and the toppings used. But the Black Strap Molasses I used have 8g of carbohydrates.
