Chocolate Cookies

4-ingredient Chocolate Cookies! What else can you ask for?! Just mix the flour, agave, chocolate and coconut oil, put them in the baking tray and let bake for only 10mins.

1-They are gluten free! The original recipe, which is from @papaya_sunshine on Instagram used almond flour. I had no almond flour so I decided to use walnuts. I turned walnuts into walnut flour and taadaaa!

2- They are sweetened with organic agave.

3- They taste like real cacao. So chocolate lovers are going to fall in love with them.

4- Look at the texture. Doesn’t they look crunchy? Ooooh yes they are!

I enjoyed them wit a cup of coconut milk. I also made peanut butter sandwich cookies with them! Life is too short so eat Peanut Butter and Chocolate Sandwich Cookies! 


yield: 12 cookies

2 cup walnut flour (can use almond or cashew flour)

1/3 cup coconut oil

1/3 cup organic agave

1/4 cup cocoa powder

1/2 tsp baking powder


1- Mix all of the ingredients until well incorporated.

2- Pre heat the oven at 260°C .

3- Take a scoop or measure 1T and flatten it in a cookie baking tray.

4- Repeat the process until the batter is over.

5- Bake for 10mins. Let cool and enjoy!
