Chocolate Bread

This is the perfect chocolate bread ever! This is a real loaf with a perfect texture and consistency. This bread has walnuts, banana, raw cacao nibs and non sweetener which makes it taste a slightly bitter but if you like dark chocolate, this bread will blow your mind.

This chocolate bread is packed with healthy fats from the organic coconut oil, walnuts and chia seeds.

It is best enjoy with a coffee and if you which to have it as a main course, I suggest to eat it with vegan yogurt, fruits, a scoop of vegan ice cream or make two slices a french toast style.

Ingredients:

yield: 1 loaf, 8 slices

2 cups whole wheat flour

1/2 cup cocoa powder

1 t baking powder

a pinch of sea salt

2/3 cups milk or water

1/4 cup organic coconut oil

1/4 cup organic agave

2 mashed bananas

1 T chia seeds

1/3 cup walnuts

1/3 cup raw cacao nibs

Procedure:

1- Pre heat the oven at 180°C.

2- In a container, mix all of the dry ingredients first.

3- Second, incorporate the liquid ingredients and mix until everything is well mixed.

4- Then, add the walnuts and raw cacao nibs until spread throughout the whole batter.

5- Transfer the batter to a greased bread pan and put it in the oven for 50mins.

6- Once it is done, let it cool completely. Take it out from the mold and cut in slices.

7- Enjoy at the moment or store in the refrigerator.
