Breakfast Parfait

The  Spirulina Chia Pudding has been my favorite so far! This morning, I woke up creative and wanted to have a different breakfast. Besides, I was getting influenced by my IG account that was fulfilled many parfait creations. I built this parfait playing with the colors, textures and of course, flavors.

I buil this parfait with figs, raspberries, papaya, granola and a splash of almond milk.  This is surely and ENERGIZING BREAKFAST PARFAIT full of fun!

Ingredients:

yield: 1 person

For the Chia Pudding:

1 capsule of spirulina

2T chia seeds

1/3 cup of almond milk

organic agave to taste

Add ons:

Rawnola

Papaya

Raspberries

Splash of almond milk

Procedure:

1- The night before, prepare the chia pudding.

2- In the serving glass, open the spirulina capsule and add all of the powder.

3- Then, mix with the chia seeds, milk and sweetener until everything is well combined.

4- Store in the fridge.

To built it:

1- The next day, add the fruits, rawnola and the splash of almond milk.

2- ENJOY!
