Banana Chocolate Granola

There are so many ways, ingredients and flavors to make granola. Thatbis why I enjoy making andneating this food. Every granola that I make is so different from each other. They vary in flavor, smell and texture. I tried Fit Vegan Chef Cacao Granola.

This granola has cacao powder, nut butter, banana and rice puffs. For the nut butter, I used Icadelicias Chocolate Peanut Spread to make it extra chocolate. The banana added a delicious smell that when my roommate opened the door the first thing that she said was: “How good smells in here!”. The idea of incorporation rice puffs was so creative! Rice puffs added a chewy texture that contrasts with the crunchyness of the clusters (yes, this granola has many clusters

I enjoyed this granola with cashew yogurt.
