Some of the Peanut Butter and Jelly Sandwich fans will disagree with me, but this is the best nut butter and fruit sandwich I had ever taste! Oooouh yeaaah! I was a peanut butter and jelly sandwich fan until I tasted this piece of heaven. I became an almond butter fan without noticing, and ultimately I had been craving for mangoes. Mangoes are a tropical fruit so it is popular during summer. Thanks God, in front of my ballet school is a mango tree and my dad, sister and I, took six ripen mangoes that were on the floor. They all were in healthy condition. They had a brilliant orange and yellow color with red shades.
This recipe is not from my authority. Lamentably, I do not remember the webpage where I took it from, but I want to thank that amazing woman who made this recipe. This sandwich is super nutritious and satisfying. You can eat it at anytime of the day as a main course or meal. You can have a coffee with it, tea or vegan milk either hot or cold, it depends on your weather. Mangoes are rich in pre-biotic dietary fiber. They contain three different kinds of betacarotenes which means that they are great for our eyes. They are high in potassium, have vitamin C and copper. The citric, malic and tartaric acid found in mangoes allows this fruit to alcalanize the body.
The recipe contains cinnamon and coconut oil for toasting purposes.
So, in this fantastic sandwich we will get healthy carbs, fats, and proteins. This combination will energize you during the day and for any workout.
