Granola is a food that must of us like. It has a nice texture, flavor plus it is very versatil. But unfortunately, store-bought granolas can contain unwanted fats and sugars. In order to control that intake, it is better to prepare homemade granola. The challange is: what recipe to choose that it may not ended up having lots of fat and/or sugar. I was thinking of it and found an oil-free granola with only three ingredients: rolled oats, nuts and agave.
This recipe was adapted from Feasting On Fruit (https://www.feastingonfruit.com/easy-oil-free-granola/). I only used rolled oats, activated nuts and agave. The result was a crunchy and sweet granola with some granola clusters (who does not like granola clusters?! Come on!).
You can eat this granola as a cereal or as a topping.
Here is a picture of the granola enjoyed as a topping with a Berry Nice Cream and Almond Butter.
