Cantaloupe and Spirulina Nice Cream

Mornings should start with a BEAUTIFUL, ENERGIZING and DELICIOUS breakfast! This Spirulina and Cantaloupe Nice Cream topped with Mocha Rawnola, Raspberries, Chocolate Peanut Spread (MY FAVORITE)and a drizzle of organic coconut oil, is a GREAT

option for you! Creating Nice Creams for me, almost requires a meditation. I can close my eyes, listen to my body and picture in my mind how I would like it to look like, take a deep breath and let start the master piece. That is why every nice cream that I made is UNIQUE.

Ingredients:

yield: 2 person

For the Cantaloupe Nice Cream

1.5 chopped and frozen banana

1 cup cantaloupe

turmeric zest

For the Spirulina Capsule:

1.5 chopped and frozen banana

powder from 1 spirulina capsule

Additional:

Rawnola

Raspberries

A drizzle of organic coconut oil

1 T of Icadelicias Chocolate Peanut Spread

Procedure:

For the Cantaloupe Nice Cream:

1- Add all of the ingredients in the food processor. Pulse until ice cream consistency.

2- Split it in two and serve.

For the Spirulina Nice Cream:

1- Add all of the ingredients in the food processor. Pulse until ice cream consistency.

2- Split it in two and serve in the same serving dish with the cantaloupe nice cream.

Assembly:

1- Add the toppings and enjoy!
