When I saw Naturally Sassy’s Pecan Caramel Dessert Pot, it looked too tempting to try it… and it was worth it. I cannot believe that such a nut can have so much flavor! The dessert tasted as cinnamon, nutmeg and such spices but it only has vanilla. The pecans added the rest! Naturally Sassy’s Pecan Caramel Dessert Pots only have pecans, dates, coconut oil, almond milk and vanilla. Although it is made with healthy fats, I adjusted the recipe so it contains less fats.
You may it this dessert with fruits, as a side with a cake, use it for a frosting or a crepe filling.

1 cup pecans
1/3 cup dates
3T organic coconut oil
1/2 cup almond milk
1/4tsp vanilla essence
1- Blend all of the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.
2-Serve the dessert into four jars.
3- Topped with your choice of fruits.
