You can either drizzle Cocoa Peanut spread on your oatmeal or use it as the main ingredient. This oatmeal has the pure cocoa flavour and also the peanut one. This breakfast is perfect to enjoy during a cold morning. This oatmeal is not like the others that you can leave them boiling. You need to constantly stir the oatmeal in order for all the ingredients to infuse perfectly.

Ingredients: yield: 1 person
1/2cup oats 1T unsweetened cocoa powder 1T Cocoa Peanut Spread 1/4tsp salt and ginger powder 1T honey 1cup almond milk
Optional toppings: berries, banana
Procedure: In a small casserole on medium heat mix the oats with all of the ingredients except the Cocoa Peanut Spread. Stir cautiously and once the ingredients have dissolve, add the Cocoa Peanut Spread and mix until is has melted completely. If you want a chewy or more cake-like texture ,then do not stir it completely.
Once fully cooked, transfer the oatmeal to the serving dish and add the toppings.
