Peanuts are the most popular nuts. They are mostly consumed as butter and in cocktails. They are healthy for the heart, and contains healthy fats and protein that are makes us feel full of energy. They are ideal for consuming after or before a workout with a kind of fruit. With peanuts, I can make a lot of icadelicious meals in the kitchen such as sauces, soups, ice creams, pancakes, waffles, french toasts, oatmeals, granola and desserts. This peanut ice cream is made with peanut flour which has less fat and a more intense flavor. I topped it with raisins and cinnamon.
Ingredients: yield: 1 person
1.5 freeze and chopped banana 1/3cup peanut flour a piece of ginger
Optional toppings: a dash of peanut flour 1T raisins a dash of cinnamon other fruits peanut butter dark chocolate
Procedure: In a food processor add all of the ingredients until ice cream consistency. You can add water if necessary. Transfer the ice cream to the serving dish and add the toppings.
