Do yo know about Peanut Butter and Co? http://ilovepeanutbutter.com/ They are a peanut butter lover company! They have a store in New York where they make delicious and insane dishes, desserts, appetizers, snacks and sandwiches. Between their peanut butter collections they have: smooth, crunchy, with raisins, dark chocolate (my favorite!), spicy and pumpkin (during fall). You can also find them on Instagram and Facebook where the are constantly posting creative recipes for every age.

They had this super healthy recipe of peanut butter, celery and apple infused as a smoothie. Since we are in summer in Puerto Rico (yes, he have looooong summer), I turned it into an ice cream. I froze some chopped banana and mix it in the food processor with celery, apple and peanut butter. I added more banana, celery, apple and peanut butter as topping and included raisins.

This ingredients deliver lots of vitamins, minerals and nutrients to make the best out of your body.
