I cooked this waffles for my sister. She was pretty excited for me to make breakfast to her. I prepared her this Blue Waffle. On the outside they are barely blue, but in the inside you can see the blue color. I blended blackberries and blueberries with water until juice consistency. Then, I used this juice for mixing the batter. I cut the waffle and constructed a tower. I topped it with a salsa that consisted of greek yogurt, vanilla and almond milk. In addition, I added papaya and blueberries. She was in love with this Blue Waffles.

While the waffle is cooking, prepare the salsa by mixing all of the ingredients until homogeneous.

Carefully, take out the waffle and transfer it to the serving dish. Pour over the delicious salsa and add the final toppings.
