This Peanut Butter and Jelly Ice Cream is really delicious and smooth. You can use any type of jelly (homemade, chia, local jelly or bought) with your favorite peanut butter. BE free to top your ice cream with fruits, greek yogurt, more jelly or peanut butter if you are too fanatic. It is a perfect option for those who have a raw lifestyle because you still enjoy the combination of these two but in an ice cream instead of a sandwich.
Ingredients: yield: 1 person
1.5 frozen and chopped bananas 1T peanut butter 1T jelly water for blending
Optional toppings: greek yogurt, any fruit, more peanut butter, more jelly, cinnamon
Procedure: In a blender, process all of the ingredients with water until ice cream consistency. Transfer the ice cream into a deeo dish or jar and add the toppings.
