Blueberries are high in antioxidants and fiber. This berry is low in calories and sugar. Their blue color can turn purple when blended.
Ingredients: yield: 1 person
2/3cups frozen bluberries 1.5chopped and frozen bananas water for blending
Optional toppings: fruits, greek yogurt, nuts, nut butter, cinnamon, coconut oil
Procedure: In a blender, blend all of the ingredients with the water until ice cream consistency. If you want a more purple color, you may add more blueberries. Once done, transfer it to the serving dish or jar and add the toppings.
