This is a delicious parfait form the Healthy Maven ( that I would like to include in my recipe list. She has amazing recipes. I had make many recipes form her blog and they are all delicious. She cook recipes form all types. She is also very creative and expressive in her blogs.

This breakfast dish is delicious, creamy and healthy. Besides it is really easy to prepare. You will have fun making it. You must prepare the oats the night before so it will have the perfect consistency in the morning. I like to add 2tsp-1T of chia seeds for a creamier texture. You will need greek yogurt, rasberries (or other fruit) and your favorite chocolate. In this parfait I used Dagoba’s berry dark chocolate bark pieces which have dried berries in the inside. You may serve the parfait in a cold glass.
