This smoothies is really smooth, refreshing and delicious. I made this recipe from The Healthy Maven. MAngo is one of my favorite fruits and it turns out perfect with almond butter.
Ingredients: yield: 1 person
half a banana frozen 2chopped mangos 1T almond butter water and ice for mixing
Procedure: In a blender, add all of the ingredients. Add water and ice cubes for consistency until done. Transfer to a jar and enjoy.
