This sandwich is super nutritious and satisfying. You can eat it at anytime of the day as a main course or meal. You can have a coffee with it, tea or vegan milk either on hot or cold, it depend on your weather. Mangoes are rich in pre-biotic dietary fiber. They contain three different kind of betacarotenes which means that they are great for our eyes. It is high in potassium, have vitamin C and copper. The citric, malic and tartaric acid found in mangoes allows this fruit to alcalanize the body.
The recipe contains cinnamon and coconut oil for toasting purposes.

Ingredients: yield: 1 person
2 slices of bread 2T peanut butter Slices of two mangoes a dust of cinnamon a drizzle of coconut oil a drizzle of honey
Procedure: In each slice of bread, spread the almond butter. Then, dust each slice with cinnamon. In one slice of bread add the pieces of mango and close the sandwich. In a pan in medium heat, Drizzle a bit of coconut oil. Put the sandwich and let toast during 3mins on each side. Finally, transfer it to the serving dish and cut it in half.
You may drizzle honey for a better experience.
