These toasts are a classic so you have to try it. They really easy and quick to do, they have few ingredients and are very nutritious. I love egg yolks and to deep my bread in them. The fried eggs have a touchof paprika. The sparragus were cooked in a pan and the almonds were toasted.
Ingredients: yield: 1 person
2 whole wheat bread slices 2fried eggs 8sparragus spears 1T toasted almonds
Procedure: In a pan on low heat toast the breads. In the meantime, cut the ends of the sparragus. Transfer the toasts to the serving dish and put the sparragus in the hot pan with the almonds.
The almonds should be gold and the sparragus soft but firm. Put them on top of the toasts.
Now, fried the eggs and pout them on top of the toasts with the almonds and sparragus.
