Cocoa and Orange Crepe

Maybe this sounds weird but actually it is a very healthy infusion and very refreshing. Citrics are known for containing vitamin C and for boosting other flavors. Adding a citric zest to something, will facilitate the digestion.

This cacao and orange crepes are juicy and delicious. I topped them with pistachios, oranges, dark chocolate chips, a little bit of hemp seeds and a drizzle of coconut milk.

Pour all the batter and cook during 2mins until the edges are crispy and the center is firm. Flip it and cook 45secs more.
