Similar to the Healhty McGriller from McDonald’s but obviously this one is a healthy dish.l Two smooth, sweet and hot pancakes with turkey ham, and a fried egg. You can use the juice of the egg yolk to moisten the pancakes besides the honey that is drizzled on top of them. They are perfectly pair with a cappuccino for a relax and beautiful morning.
Ingredients: yield: 1 person
1/4cup whole wheat flour 2tsp brown sugar 1/4tsp baking powder a pinch of salt, cinnamon and nutmeg 1/2tsp vanilla essence
For the sandwich: 1 slice of trukey ham 1fried egg a bunch of wilted spinachs
Additional: a drizzle of honey a pinch of paprika
Procedure: In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the pancakes with water until pancake consitency. Then, turn on a pan and spray coconut oil. Divide the batter for to batches and pour it in the hot pan on medium heat. Cook the pancakes and flip when bubbles appear and then cook for 30secs more. Transfer them to the serving dish.
Now, cook the spinachs and fry the egg. Put the turkey ham slices, egg, and spinach in top of one pancakes and close it with the other pancake.
Finally, drizzle the honey and sprinkle with paprika.
