This cocoa crepes are very delicate, easy and fun to play with the toppings and filling. I topped mine with banana, blueberries, strawberries and peanut butter dark chocolate chunks (AMAZING!) and almonds. I added honey to the greek yogurt. You can add the fruits you like and add any nut butter on top or coconut shreds or seeds. You can mix the grrek yogurt with nut butters, chocolate or essences. I love this crepe because you put your imagination blows! I hope you had fun and enjoy making this icadelicious recipe!
Ingredients: yield: 1 person
For the crepe: 1/4cup whole wheat flour 1T cocoa powder 2tsp brown sugar a pinch of salt and nutmeg
For the filling: 1/2cup greek yogurt 1/2tsp honey
Optional toppings: blueberries, almonds, banana and strawberries, dark chocolate chips
Proccedure: In a recipient combine the dry ingredients for the crepes and mix together. Now, add the rest of the ingrdients and whisk gently until consistency (you may add water). Turn on a skillet and pur some coconut cooking spray. Pour the whole batter in the pan and once you see that the crepe has turned golden, it is the time to flip it. Once flippped, whait 45secs and transfer it on the serving plate.
While the crepe is cooking mix the greek yogurt and the honey.
For the assembly: With the crepe open, add the whole greek yogurt and fold the crepe to the inside. Add the toppings!
