Peach, Pistachio and Dark Chocolate French Toasts

This special and unique french toast came from a Chobani yogurt. I am a fan of Chobani because I live their greek yogurt and they natural, chemical and preservative free. They are also high in protein. Once I bought a yogurt mixed with pistachio, peach and dark chocolate. So I thought of doing this in my dishes. Taaadaaa: French Toasts toppings

The dark chocolate melts in top on the hot bread. I toasted the pistachios and spiced the peaches in the pan with cinnamon and honey.

Ingredients:                                                                                                                                                                       yield: 1 person

1.5 bead slices     100g peach cut in squares     2T pistachios chopped     2egg whites     1/2tsp vanilla                     1T dark chocolate chips      1/3cup ginger water       1/2tsp honey

Procedure:                                                                                                                                                                     First, cut the bread slices into halves and pinch them with a fork carefully many times. This is for the bread to have little pores in order to absorb better the edd mixture. Then, in a bowl whisk the eggs with the vainilla and ginger water. Turn on a pan and spray coconut oil. Soak the bread in the egg mixture until well coated. Cook the bread during 1.5min and flip. Cook for 45secs and transfer into the serving dish. Then, add the pistachios to the hot pan until aromatic and serve on top of the french toasts. Add the  peaches to the pan and add cinnamon, anis seeds and the honey. Mix a little and cook until tender.

Once done, serve them on top of the french toast and finally add the dark chocolate chips.
