Warm Sweet Baked Apple

This is so funny to do! I felt like Snow White baking or even worst as the Evil Queen when poisoning the apple. But no worries because I did not poisoned the apple. On the contrary, I made it a fun dish out of it. I thought it was going to be difficult. Instead, for my surprise, it took less than 30mins to prepare it. This is a baked apple filled with greek yogurt and topped with dark chocolate. Of course, the toppings may vary according to your macros and preferences. Once you had master this dish, you can fill the apple with oats, fruits, cornmeal or any other delicious treat. Cretivity has no limits!

Ingredients:                                                                                                                                                                     yield: 1 person

1 gala apple (200g)       1/2 cup greek yogurt      cinnamon to taste      1T dark chocolate chips

Prcedure:                                                                                                                                                                         Preheat the oven at 300F. Carefully, with a knife take out the core of the apple. Now, put the apple in oven for 15mins. Take it out and carefully with a spoon remove the meat of the apple so that you can easily add the filling into the apple. Then, bake again during 10mins.

Once baked, add cinnamon and half of the dark chocolate chips. Add the greek yogurt and topped it with the remaining dark chocolate chips.

At the end, you may eat the apple. It is going to be warm, sweet and tender. You may also eat the removed flesh or store it for another recipe or for eating it further.
