Ingredients: yield: 1 person
1.5 whole wheat bread slices 2egg whites 1T coconut milk 1tsp brown sugar a pinch of nutmeg and cinnamon 2Tginger water
Toppings: berries, 1/2tsp coconut shreds 1/2tsp honey
Procedure: Cut the bread slices and pinch them many times with a fork and set them aside.
In a deep dish or medium bowl, froth the egg whites with the remaining ingredients until fluffy. Now, let the slices of bread soak in the egg mixture. Once they had absorb the mixture very well and are very moisture, cook them in a pan at medium heat during 1.5mins and flip it and let cook for 45secs.
Transfer them to a serving dish and top it with berries, coconut and a drizzle of honey.
